Depending on stock availability and your destination, your order will ship from our logistics hubs in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, or our international partner warehouses. This distribution allows us to ensure global coverage, optimized routes, and dependable door-to-door delivery.
Tracking & Updates

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are covered by Auren Holdings LLC. Customers are not required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Your order will be shipped with all necessary documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance. In the rare event of a customs delay, our support team will assist with any required paperwork to help facilitate the process.

Damages & Lost Packages
Auren Holding LLC assumes full liability for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All our shipments are fully insured. If your luxury watch winder or safe is lost or damaged during transit, Auren Holding LLC provides a guaranteed replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@aurenvault.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they are required for the insurance claim process.
